生产者责任延伸制度对中国家电企业的影响

 摘要
 随着全球家电工业的急速发展,全球生态环保形势日益严峻,各国尤其是发达国家对此问题十分关注,纷纷出台各式环保法令法规来制约贸易往来，特别是欧盟的双指令。中国家电企业为了能够继续占有和扩大市场份额，在整个家电产品的周期中，把生产者延伸责任制度贯穿整个直线产品周期中，同时生产者必须从源头和末端抓生产者责任延伸制度。欧盟双指令短期内可能主要表现为家电企业出口量下降,但长远来看,将推动我国家电制造业的技术进步和产业升级,促进全球贸易的发展。中国家电企业能充分运用生产者责任延伸制度的意义就在于为企业创造更大的利润空间，占据更多的市场份额，在国际商场中站稳脚步，从而充分发挥自身的优点，尽量改善自身的缺点，将中国的家电品牌做到国际中去。

ABSTRACT
 With the rapid development in the global household electrical appliance industry, the global situation of the increasingly serious ecological and environmental protection, especially in developed countries which are very concerned about this issue, and have introduced various types of environmental protection laws and regulations to restrain trade, the particular is the EU''''s double instructions.
 In order to continue to occupy and expand market share, Chinese household electrical appliance enterprises in the whole cycle of household electrical appliances, extended producer responsibility system throughout the product life cycle in a straight line, and producers must grasp the source and the end of extended producer responsibility system. WEEE&ROHS directive may be made the main short-term performance of household electrical appliance enterprises export volume declined, but for a long term, China will promote the manufacturing sector misconduct technological progress and industrial upgrading, and promote the development of global trade. Chinese household electrical appliance enterprises can make full use of extended producer responsibility system for the significance lies in the profits of enterprises to create greater space, occupy more market share and have solid footing in the international shopping mall, thus Chinese household electrical appliance enterprises play their advantages, as far as possible to improve their own shortcomings, it will make China''''s household electrical appliance brand into the international market.
