我国动漫产业分析

摘  要

 随着经济的发展，人们对生活的需求不仅仅停留在物质层面上，在精神层面上的消费也日益增多。对于较为新兴的动漫产业，人们给予越来越多的关注与重视。上个世纪经济的增长都以工业化的实现和深化来作为推动力，工业化的代价是能源的损耗和对环境的污染。而第三产业的发展对能源消耗要求低，对环境污染少。在发达国家，第三产业对经济发展的贡献也越来越大。而动漫及产业作为新的经济增长点，所带来的经济效益也是可观的。在动漫大国日本动漫产业已经成为日本排名第六的国民经济支柱产业，在国际上也占领了世界动漫市场的60%，亚洲市场的70%。日本动漫产业所取得的成就不仅仅是动漫行业本身不断努力的结果，更是日本政府大力推动的结果。日本政府通过在发展战略、发展模式、法律法规、中介组织、地方文化等几个方面的举措来促进日本文化产业的发展，同时在出口的激励机制、知识产权保护等几个方面着重加强促进了日本动漫产业的发展。动漫产业及其所属的文化产业可以成为推动经济发展的重要力量，并且这也是通过政府的大力推动能够实现的目标。文化产业是在资本的架构中运作的，其工作的重心在于经济利润最大化。美国和韩国的跟进拓展了国内市场和一部分的国际市场，动漫经济也给这两个国家带来了新的经济增长点。本文对比中国的动漫产业的发展，找出其中的不足，寻求新的经济增长点，为提升我国动漫产业的竞争力进行较为系统的和深刻的探讨。

ABSTRACT

 With developing of economic, people''''s needs don’t stopping at the material level, at the spirit level of consumption. People pay more and more attention on the animation industry .The last century the growth of the economy is as the implementation and deepening of industrialization to a driving force, the costs of industrialization are energy loss and environmental pollution. Yet, the development of tertiary industry need low energy consumption and less environmental pollution. In advanced country, the tertiary industry''''s contribution in economic development is also increasing. As the animation to industry of new economic growth point, its economic benefits are also considerable. In Japanese with large industry country, animation become Japan''''s sixth pillar industry of national economy, also occupied 60% in the international animation market, and 70% in the Asian market. Japanese anime industry''''s achievements is not just result of itself continuous efforts; it is the results in the Japanese government to vigorously promote. Japanese government through the development strategy, development model, laws and regulations, and intermediary organizations, local culture and other aspects initiatives to promote the development of animation industries in Japan, while in the incentive mechanism of export, several aspects of protection of intellectual property rights strengthening to Japanese animation industry. Animation industries and their cultural industries promote economic development and can become an important force, and this is able to achieve goals through the efforts of the Government. Cultural industries are operation in the capital structure, focus of its work is maximization to economic profit. The United States and South Korea is follow-up to expand the domestic market and part of the international market, animation economy brought new economic growth points with the two countries. This article comparing Chinese animation industry, to identify one of the shortcomings of the domestic market, and seek new economic development, more systematic analysis and more deeply explore for upgrading of China''''s animation industry''''s competitiveness.
