随着经济的发展个人理财业务渐渐成为银行业的一项重要业务。伴随着农村金融业务的兴起,农村商业银行发展个人理财业务渐渐被提上议程。农村商业银行发展个人理财业务有其自身优势即贴近广大农村客户群;但也有巨大缺憾,比如优质客户少,业务积累不足,技术支持不够等等。本文详细阐述了农村商业银行发展个人理财业务的各种优势及不足,并提出了相应对策。

ABSTRACT
With the economic development of Personal Financial ,Services becoming an important business banking. With the rise of financial services in rural areas, rural commercial banks to develop their wealth management business has gradually been put on the agenda. The development of rural commercial banks have their own personal financial business advantage that is close to the rural customer base; but there are huge deficiencies, such as low quality customers, business has accumulated enough technical support is not enough and so on. This paper describes the development of rural commercial banks, business, personal finance various strengths and weaknesses, and proposed countermeasures.
