【摘要】由银行业主导的中国金融体系中，金融的深化改革直接影响和制约中国经济的发展。中国政府正履行其加入WTO后金融自由化的承诺，而银行业作为中国国民经济的“生命线”，正面临着巨大的机遇和挑战。在这种极其复杂的国际和国内经济形势下，了解和提高银行自身竞争力，是中国银行业发展的唯一选择。
本文系统回顾、介绍了在国内和国外关于商业银行的竞争力理论内涵以及各方面的影响因素。并以我国16家在A股上市的商业银行为研究对象，结合2013年上市商业银行的年报数据，建立中国的上市银行的竞争力评价指标体系，该争力评价指标体系包括盈利性、流动性、安全性、发展性、市场占有能力以及创新能力这六项一级指标和能代表这六项一级指标的如净资产增长率、成本收入比、流动性比率、存贷比、资本充足率、不良贷款率等十六项二级指标，通过对各个上市银行的各项指标分析，较全面了解和分析各银行在影响自身竞争力方面的优势和缺陷，最后在文章结尾就我国上市银行在各方面存在的缺陷提出可行性的对策建议。

Comparative Study on the competitiveness of listed commercial banks
[Abstract] Dominated by the banking industry in China''s financial system, the deepening of financial reform directly affects and restricts the development of China''s economy. The Chinese government is to meet its financial liberalization commitments after joining the WTO, the banking industry as the "lifeline" of the national economy in China, is facing great opportunities and challenges. In this extremely complicated international and domestic economic situation, to understand and to improve the competitive ability of the bank itself, is the only choice in the development of China''s banking industry.
This paper systematically reviewed , describes factors at home and abroad theoretical connotation competitiveness of commercial banks as well as on various aspects . And of 16 commercial banks in the A -share listed as the research object , combined with 2013 listed on annual data of commercial banks , the establishment of evaluation index system competitiveness of listed banks in China , which is indisputable evaluation index system including profitability, liquidity, security , development , market power and the ability to innovate in this six -level indicators and a representative of these six indicators such as net asset growth , cost to income ratio , liquidity ratio , loan ratio , capital adequacy ratio , sixteen secondary indicators such as non-performing loan ratio , by each of the indicators listed banks analyzed more fully understand and analyze the strengths and weaknesses of each bank in terms of impact on their competitiveness , and finally in the article on China''s listed banks at the end of each suggestions put forward feasible in terms of defects .
