摘 要
我国商业银行信用卡业务中的信用风险所带来的损失,已成为银行损失的主要来源。近年来,随着金融市场在我国的不断发展,信用风险也逐渐成为银行业所面临的重要风险之一,也是金融体系系统风险重要的直接来源。有效的控制和防范银行的信用风险,对信用风险进行系统全面的管理,已经成为我国银行业信用卡业务中最重要的任务之一。目前,我国商业银行信用卡业务发展迅速,信用风险带来的损失呈上升趋势;信用风险管理的外部环境不完善;信用风险整体指标低。因此,建立外部管理体系,并加强内部信用卡的信用风险管理;制定切合实际的风险管理策略;加强征信审核业务管理,优化作业流程;运用风险控制技术,提高信用风险控制水平。

The credit risk in the credit card business of the our country commercial bank bring of loss, have become bank loss of main source. In recent years, along with the financial market is in the our country of continuously development, credit risk also gradual become banking to face of importance one of the risks, is also finance system system risk importance of direct source. Valid of control with guard against the credit risk of bank, to the credit risk carry on system overall of management, have already become our country banking credit card business in most importance of one of the mission. Currently, the our country business development of the commercial bank credit card quick, the credit risk bring of loss present up-trend; The exterior environment of credit risk management isn''t perfect; Credit risk the whole index sign be low. Therefore, establishment exterior management system, and strengthen inner part the credit risk of the credit card management; The establishment suit actual of risk management strategy; Strengthen to gain confidence to examine business a management, excellent turn homework process; Usage risk control technique, exaltation credit risk control level.
