[旅游专业]杭州高星级饭店清洁保养的现状和对策的分析

摘要：随着经济的发展和人们生活水平的不断提高，短短几年，杭城的高星级饭店数量快速增加，饭店的规模不断扩大，饭店内部的装潢、设施几近奢侈。如何更快收回投资并且开始从中获利，不能仅仅只依靠饭店的销售。2009年金融风暴已经扩展到了全球，很多国家的旅游业和饭店业都受到了不同程度的冲击，我国饭店业也不例外，不少饭店投资者和经营者已经感到一定的压力。此时，高层管理者开始意识到专业清洁保养对饭店持续经营的重要性。但是，现在许多饭店清洁保养工作的现状与其重要性不成正比。本文基于对杭城几家高星级饭店的清洁保养工作的调查，浅谈杭城高星级饭店的清洁保养现状，并由此提出一些反思和建议。

Abstract: With economic development and people''''s living standards continue to improve, a few short years, the high star-rated hotels Hangcheng a rapid increase in quantity, expanding the size of hotel, restaurant internal decoration, almost extravagant facilities. How to start faster recovery of investment and profit, should not only rely on only restaurant sales. Financial storm in 2009 has been extended to a global, a lot of country tourism and hotel industry are subject to varying degrees of impact on our country hotel industry is no exception, and many hotel investors and operators must have felt the pressure. At this point, executives are beginning to realize major cleaning and maintenance of the hotel the importance of continuing operations. However, much of the hotel cleaning maintenance the status quo is not directly proportional to its importance. Based on the high-stars hotel Hangzhou several cleaning and maintenance work of investigation, of Hangzhou High-stars hotel cleaning maintenance the status quo, and thus offer some reflection and recommendations.
