摘 要:本论文着重论述影响稻草制浆的各个因素及瓦楞原纸和箱板纸的性能各个因素, 包括纸浆纤维组分分析,原料配比, 碱量对稻草原料影响,打浆工艺,纸板定量,含水量,环压强度等。稻草浆可以用来生产箱板纸瓦楞纸,箱板纸供生产瓦楞纸之用,它是生产包装纸箱的主要原料。针对浙江省造纸产业纤维原料短缺的现状和箱板纸质量低下 ,特别是环压强度,挺度不足的问题,本论文结合杭州市萧山蔡伦纸业的箱板纸的生产实践,在现场采样与实验室的实验分析的基础上,比较系统地研究了稻草高得率浆制造技术及对纸页性能的影响,并提出一些改进得建议。为企业的生产工艺优化,做出了一些探索性地研究。

The Study on property of Packaging board from furnish with rice straw high yield pulp
Abstract: The main factors that effect the properties of corrugated paper and cardboard paper, including analysis of fiber components, the furnish of different material, alkali metric influence to the properties of straw pulp, process of beating pulp, paper board basis weight, moisture content of paper board, compressive strength is discussed in this article. Straw pulp can be used to make corrugated paper and cardboard paper,for it is the main source of Packaging board . In accordance with the situation of raw material shortcoming and paper quality declining ,especially the weakness of stiffness and compressive process, the dissertation also combines the analysis and comparison of corrugated paper and cardboard paper producing by HangZhou XiaoShan CaiLun paper company, basing on data acquisition sampling in that spot and experimental research and analysis conducted in lab, the technology of high yield pulp production and it influence on the properties of paper board can be studied systematically, also some suggestions can be offered. Some exploring researches are presented so as to optimize the process of industrial production.
