年产12万吨涂布白纸板工厂设计
重点:芯浆与底浆生产线工艺设计
摘 要:2008年的金融危机给全国中小企业带来剧烈的冲击,在造纸行业,中小企业由于资金少、技术落后等问题,面临破产的危机。本文是对年产12万吨的涂布白纸板制浆造纸综合工厂设计进行说明,重点是废纸制浆工段,笔者通过工厂参观实习,并查阅造纸方面的有关文献书籍,借鉴前人的经验,对废纸制浆工段底浆和芯浆的工艺进行论证,思考,希望设计出的东西对中小企业有所帮助。设计的主要内容包括:
