摘要:本次设计是年产15万吨白板纸制浆造纸综合工厂,重点为日产400吨白板纸抄纸车间流送及网部。本说明书对白纸板制浆造纸综合工厂进行了论证和分析,阐述了建厂的必要性和可能性,造纸设备采用日产400吨的3600纸机. 此次设计主要有五个部分:第一部分主要是对此次设计的意义、背景,以及设计所需的一些基本资料。第二部分主要是对一些工艺条件的介绍,其中包括工厂的布置以及生产工艺、设备选型的介绍。第三部分主要是讲对废水、废气、废渣的处理方法。第四部分主要对动力、蒸汽和采暖通风一些措施的介绍。第五部分主要介绍了安全技术以及防措施火、建筑技术要求,和人员的配备

Abstract: The design is a pulp and papermaking multiple-producing mill, which can produce 150000 tons of double sides offset paper every year. It can produce 400tons of double sides offset paper everyday. It mainly centers on the papermaking process. The description of the title of the article and the analysis of the mill-establishing possibility; the paper-making machine is 3600 type, which has the maximum productive capability of 400tons per day. This design is divides to five parts: The first part mainly is regarding this the design significance, the background, basic document. The second part mainly is to some craft conditions introductions, including factory arrangement as well as production craft, equipment shaping introduction. The third part is mainly about to the waste water, the waste gas, the waste residue processing method. The fourth part mainly to introduce the power, the steam and the heating ventilates. The fifth part mainly introduced the security technology as well as guards against the measure fire, the building specification, with personnel''''s equipment.
