年产5万吨涂布白板纸制浆造纸综合工厂设计

摘 要:本设计的题目为年生产5万吨涂布白纸板制浆造纸综合工厂,重点为日产150吨涂布白板纸干燥部、涂布及完成整理部工艺设计。本设计追求绿色为前提,积极履行国家环保要求,以废纸为主要原料,经过碎解、脱墨等工序抄造涂布白纸板,用电全来自10万千瓦自备热电站,造纸设备采用日产150吨的四叠网纸机,设计内容包括浆水平衡计算图绘制、设备选型及计算、车间设备平面布置图、工艺流程图绘制,人员的技能条件要求,原料的分类管理,运输管理设计,厂区绿化布局,给水排水规划,污染物的净化和排放,环境保护和综合利用。
