摘 要:本论文研究了催化剂NDPAT对二吲哚甲烷衍生物合成反应的催化活性。研究以NDPAT为催化剂催化吲哚与对硝基苯甲醛、苯甲醛、对羟基苯甲醛、对甲基苯甲醛、对溴苯甲醛反应,合成了相应的二吲哚甲烷衍生物。结果表明,NDPAT对吲哚和芳香醛生成二吲哚甲烷衍生物反应有明显的催化活性。吲哚与苯环上连有吸电子取代基的醛的反应速率明显比连有供电子基团的醛的反应速率大。但是取代基的变化并不能对反应的收率产生规律性的影响。最后,根据实验结果得出催化剂NDPAT可能的催化机理。

Abstract: In this dissertation, we mainly research on the reaction between indole and benzaldehydes catalyzed by NDPAT. In our research, we founded that NDPAT could efficiently catalyzed the reaction in ethyl acetate under room temperature . It was founded that the reaction rate between indole and benzaldehyde derivatives with electronic withdrawing group to the benzene ring was much faster than those with electronic donor group. Finally,the probable mechanism of the catalytic reaction has also been concluded according to this study.
