摘要:本文对车前子多糖的抗氧化活性进行了研究。在众多的抗氧化实验模型中,挑选了四个,来间接评估车前子的抗氧化活性。其中研究的四个抗氧化模型为还原能力的测定,超氧阴离子(O2·-)自由基清除率的测定,羟基(·OH)自由基清除率的测定和二苯代苦肼基(DPPH·)清除率的测定。在抗氧化活性研究之前还先测定了车前子浓缩溶液的总多糖含量。抗氧化活性研究表明,车前子多糖溶液在实验条件下的最大浓度时,即0.783962mg/mL,对各自由基的清除率都最大。其中对O2·-自由基的清除率最好,最高可达到97.88%,其次为DPPH·,最高可达到35.27%,对·OH的清除率最差,最高也只达到16.55%。通过本实验可知,车前子多糖具有较好的抗氧化活性,从而为天然抗氧化试剂的筛选,提供了一定的研究基础。

Abstract: Antioxidant activity of polysaccharide from Plantain seed was evaluated. Four evaluation methods of antioxidants in vitro such as reducing power, superoxide anion radical scavenging method, hydroxyl free radical scavenging method and DPPH· method was selected among the many experimental models of anti-oxidation. The content of total polysaccharide of the concentrated solution was determined before the study of the antioxident activity. Antioxidant activity study showed that under the experimental conditions of the maximum concentration(0.783962mg/mL), the plantain seed polysaccharide solution has the maximum scavenging activity in scavenging of superoxide anion , hydroxyl free radical and DPPH free radical. However a maximum antioxidant effect was observed to superoxide anion(O2·-), followed by DPPH free radical(DPPH·)35.27%, hydroxyl free radical(·OH)16.55%. This study implies that plantain seed has a good antioxidant activity, and provides some basis study in selection the natural antioxidant agents .
