论文题目:独生子女护士的心理探讨
摘 要
 研究背景:由于我国的特殊国情,近年来,我国青年护理队伍中独生子女比例在逐年增加,这是我国未来护理队伍的典型趋势,护理人员结构变化必将引起护士心理健康状况的变化,从而直接影响护士所提供的护理质量及护理学科的发展。80年代开始,独生子女心理特点、个性品质特点已成为心理学、教育学、医学等学科的重要研究课题。
 目的:探讨独生子女护士工作压力与心理健康水平的关系,识别影响独生子女护士心理健康的主要因素,为维护当代护士心理健康提供可靠依据。
 方法:在河源市四家医院的35岁以下护士中,采取方便抽样的方法随机选择独生子女护士106名,非独生子女护士115名作为对照组。采用护士工作压力量表和SCL一90症状自评量表进行问卷调查。
 结果:1)独生子女护士工作压力呈中等水平,独生子女与非独生子女护士比较在护理专业及工作方面、管理及人际关系方面有统计学差异。2)病人护理方面的问题、工作量及时间分配方面的问题、护理专业及工作方面的问题是独生子女护士的主要压力源。在护理专业及工作方面,病人护理方面是非独生子女护士的主要压力源。3)独生子女护士与非独生子女心理症状有一定差异,独生子女护士心理健康各因子得分及总分高于非独生子女护士,且独生子女护士各项得分高于女性常模,差异均具有显著性。非独生子女护士心理健康总分及各因子得分均高于女性常模。4)独生子女护士主要心理症状群表现在抑郁、强迫、人际关系敏感等方面。5)独生子女护士在管理及人际关系方面条目的得分分析,得分最高的依次是:缺乏其他卫生工作人员的理解及尊重、护理管理者的批评过多、护理管理者的理解与支持不够、医生对护理工作过分挑剔。
 结论:独生子女护士存在较为严重的心理问题,严重影响独生子女护士所提供的护理质量。提示当代护理管理者要重视独生子女护士这一特殊群体的心理健康问题,给予有效的心理干预措施,维护当代护士心理健康,保证护理质量。

Title: Nurses of child psychology
ABSTRACT
Background:
 As China''''s special conditions, in recent years, China''''s young people nursing teams in the one-child ratio increased year by year, which is typical of China''''s future trends in care team, nurses structural change is bound to cause changes in mental health nurses, thereby directly affect the quality of care provided by nurses and nursing disciplines. 80 years since the one-child psychological characteristics, features of personality traits has become a psychological, pedagogical, medical and other subjects important research topic in.
Objective:
 Explore the pressure of the one-child nurses, and mental health of the relationship, identify impact of child mental health nurses, the main factor for the maintenance of contemporary mental health nurses to provide a reliable basis for.
Method:
 In a city four hospital nurses under the age of 35, select all of the one-child nurses, 106, 115 randomly selected non-child nurses in the study. Nurse Stress Scale and the use of an SCL SCL-90 questionnaire. Statistical analysis: respectively u test, Pearson correlation, variance analysis, the groups said the data are x ± s.
Results:
 One-child star intermediate level of work stress of nurses, child nurses, the main source of stress is the workload distribution of timely question, patient care issues. The one-child nurses, marriage, educational background and some aspects of job stress was positively correlated. Child mental health nurses were lower than the norm of women, lower than the non-child nurses, child nurses, the main psychological syndrome manifested in depression, compulsion, interpersonal sensitivity and so on. The one-child nursing job stressors and mental health were significantly positively correlated, in which the correlation coefficient is the biggest management and interpersonal aspects. Management and interpersonal skills, with the highest scores in order, are: absence of other health workers in understanding and respect, care and excessive criticism of managers, care managers lack the understanding and support.
Conclusion:
 Source of stress affecting the work of child mental health nurses is an important factor, mainly in management and interpersonal aspects of the nursing profession and work issues, patient care issues. Child mental health nurses is lower than the general population, compared with non-significant difference between the one-child nurses, the most prominent of depression, compulsion, anxiety and other psychological symptoms. The one-child nurses, there is a more serious psychological problems, serious impact on child quality of care provided by nurses. Tip of contemporary nursing administrators should pay attention to this special group of nurses in child mental health problems, providing them with effective psychological intervention measures to protect the contemporary mental health nurses to ensure the quality of care.
