摘 要
【摘要】目的:了解儿科护士心理压力现状,分析其心理压力形成原因,并探索缓解其心理压力的对策,使儿科护士在全身心地工作的同时,学会调整自身状态,缓解自身压力,使自己在轻松愉快的环境中工作,从而提高护士的工作效率及护理质量。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对100名儿科护士和100名其他科护士进行问卷调查。结果:儿科护士中躯体化(1.51±0.59)、人际关系(1.74±0.31)和抑郁(1.59±0.65)因子分高于其他科护士(依次为1.37±0.48、1.65±0.51、1.50±0.59,t值依次为2.04、2.07、2.08.P<0.05);躯体化、恐怖、人际关系等因子分较中国常模评分高。差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:儿科护士心理压力较其他科护士和一般人群大,为了其身心健康,须从不同方面采用不同的措施来引导其减轻或消除心理压力。

Title: Psychological pressure faced by pediatric nurses
ABSTRACT
【Abstract】Objectives: To study the mental stress state among nurses in paediatric department.To analysis the causation of the mental stress state. To research the countermeasures to decrease their mental stress.Methods: 100 nurses in paediatric department and 100 nurses in non-paediatric departments were included and were assessed with the symptoms checklist(SCL-90).Results: The SCL-90 factor scores were higher in the nurses in paediatric department than those in non-paediatric department on somatization[(1.51±0.59)VS.(1.37±0.48),t=2.04,P<0.05],interpersonal relationship[(1.74±0.31)VS.(1.65±0.51),t=2.07,P<0.05]and depression [(1.59±0.65)VS.(1.50±0.59),t=2.08,P<0.05].The scores of SCL-90 in nurses in paediatric group were higher than the norms on somatization, phobia and interpersonal relationship.Conclusion: There are more mental stress among nurses in nurses in paediatric department than that of those among non-paediatric departments.To health, different coping measures should be applied to decrease and eliminate mental stress.
