摘 要
目 的:提高护生主动意识和综合能力,融洽师生关系,提高患者对护理工作满意度。
方 法: 将现代教育理论中的建构主义理论和人本主义理论应用于2009年01月-2009年12月的护理临床带教中。向我科A,B两个病区所有患者发放满意度调查卷,包括服务态度、护理水平等。每批出科实习学生填写实习学生反馈表,包括满意和不满意的内容。与2008年01月-2008年12月的学生反馈及患者表扬学生人次对比。
结 果: 2009年较2008年相比,无论是患者对实习学生的满意度还是学生对带教老师的满意度均明显提高,有统计学意义。
结 论: 将现代教育理论运用在护理临床带教中,能够促进师生之间相互尊重和理解,融洽师生关系,使师生相互学习、共同提高,充分满足双方被尊重和自我实现的需要,同时对维护良好的护患关系起到了积极的作用。
