论文题目:健康教育对高血压病患者生活质量的影响
摘 要
 
目的:探讨和评价健康教育对高血压病人生活质量影响,为高血压病的临床护理及治疗提供理论依据。
方法:选择2008年10月至2009年10月在我院心内科确诊的原发性高血压病住院患者共120例为研究对象。将其随机分为干预组和非干预组,每组各60例。两组的药物治疗及一般护理方法相同,干预组在药物治疗的同时给予系统的健康教育;非干预组只接受药物治疗及一般卫生宣教;所有患者分别在入院和出院时接受生活质量量表(SF-36健康量表)问卷调查和健康知识问卷调查,同时记录血压变化情况。
结果:1.入院时,两组患者的SF-36各维度评分差别无统计学意义;出院时,干预组患者SF-36各维度评分均高于非干预组患者(P<0.05),特别是干预组患者在躯体疼痛,情感职能,精神健康三个维度高于非干预组患者(P<0.01)。
 2. 干预组患者与非干预组患者出院时血压与入院时相比均下降,即干预组教育前血压为(160士24/96士10)mmHg,教育后为(129士6/80士 5) mmHg;非干预组教育前血压为(158士17/95士10) mmHg,教育后为(150士10/86士 8) mmHg,但干预组患者血压下降效果显著,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)

    结论:1.健康教育加药物治疗组与单纯药物治疗组相比,健康知识掌握程度及生活质量都明显提高。即健康教育有利于提高住院高血压患者的生活质量和健康知识的掌握程度,协助增强临床治疗效果;
 2.干预组与非干预组患者出院时血压均有降低,但干预组教育后降压效果显著,两组间比较差异有统计学意义。
 3.SF-36量表可指导住院高血压患者的健康教育,并用于评估疗效,有一定的临床应用价值。

2. Intervention set sufferer with not intervention set sufferer hospital discharge hour blood pressure with hospitalize compare to all descend, then intervention set education ex- blood pressure is(160士24/96士10) mmHg, education empress is(129士6/80士5)mmHg; Not intervention set education ex- blood pressure is(158士17/95士10)mmHg, education empress is(150士10/86士8)mmHg, but intervention set sufferer''''s blood pressure descend effect to show Zhao, two sets of comparison the difference have statistics to learn meaning(P<0.01)
Conclusion:1. Health education add medicine treatment set and pure medicine treatment the set compare, health the knowledge control degree and life the quality be all obvious exaltation. Namely health education be advantageous to exaltation hospitalization high blood pressure sufferer of life quality and health knowledge of control degree, help strengthen clinical treatment effect;
 2. Intervention set with not intervention set sufferer hospital discharge the blood pressure all have already lower, but intervention set education behind decline to press effect to show Zhao, two sets of comparison the difference have statistics to learn meaning.
 3. SF-36 quantity watch can instruction hospitalization high blood pressure sufferer of health education, counteract in valuation curative effect, have certain of clinical application value.
