摘 要:金刚烷的衍生物金刚烷胺又名三环癸烷,在医药方面有广泛的应用。最主要应用于抗病毒方面。可用于预防治疗甲型流感病毒引起的上呼吸道疾病,也可用于治疗脑血管障碍症和老年痴呆症。
金刚烷胺广泛应用于医药领域。本文主要介绍了以金刚烷为原料合成金刚烷胺的合成。首先通过金刚烷与乙腈的反应合成金刚烷胺,其次采用先卤化后胺化的方法得到产物,在实验过程中通过改变原料的摩尔比,反应的初始温度以及是否使用石蜡作为催化剂,然后通过对比对合成路线进行优化。

Abstract: The amantadine, the derivative of adamantine, also names tricycle decane, and is widely applicated in medicine, most mainly on the anti-viral aspect. Amantadine hydrochloride is used as anti-viral medicine for a long time in clinical to treat the disease of upper respiratory tract infection caused by flu virus,and also used to treat the blood vessel of brain barrier sickness and old age dementia.
Amantadine drug has been widely used in pharmaceutical fields. In this paper amantadine was synthesized using adamantane as a starting material. The first method for synthesis of amantadine is that adamantine reacted with acetonitrile in one step, the second method is halogenation of adamantane followed by amination. The reaction conditions were optimized, by change the material’s molar rate and the starting temperature and usage of olefin.
