论文题目：临沂地区中等护理教育现状及对策研究
摘　要
目的：我国中等护理教育的知识结构体系未从根本上摆脱生物医学模式的影响，中等护理教育的观念亟待转变,教育教学内容需要进一步改革。分析研究我区中等护理教育发展的相关问题，提出发展建议。
方法：本文在研究过程中采取理论探讨与实际调研相结合的综合研究方法进行，通过查阅文献，调查访谈，调查问卷等，对临沂市地区四家医院护理人员情况以及临沂卫校发展中等护理教育的情况进行了调查与分析，并根据国内外护理教育的特点以及我国护理行业发展特别是人才就业市场的实际需要，运用所学教育理论知识，结合自己工作实际，对临沂市地区中等护理教育的发展提出一些建议。
结果：我国的护理教育发展速度和规模还不能满足现代社会日益增长的健康需求，护理人员严重短缺，人员素质有待提高，各种层次护理教育的培养教育与分工尚欠明确，中等护理教育的知识结构体系未从根本上摆脱生物医学模式的影响，此外还存在着师资匮乏，教材内容陈旧，课程设置不合理，专业特色不明确等问题，凡此种种已经制约着我国护理事业的整体发展。
结论：根据国内外护理教育的特点，以及我国护理行业发展特别是人才就业市场的实际需要和现状，对临沂地区中等护理教育发展提出了对策建议：政府要加强对职业教育的统筹作用，整合和充分利用现有教育资源，加强对中等护理教育的宏观调控；进一步提高对护理教育重要性的认识；坚持市场需求为基本依据，以就业为导向的办学指导思想；深化教学改革，提高教育质量；调整护理教育的层次结构；加强社区护理教育，促进社区护理发展；推进护理教育的国际化进程，与国际护理教育接轨。

 Title: Study on the Current statue and Proposed Solutions of Secondary Nursing Education in Linyi Area
ABSTRACT
Objectives:
The system of knowledge structure of Secondary Nursing Education(SNE) in our country doesn’t get rid of the influence of biomedicine mode.The concept of SNE needs change urgently,and the content of teaching and education need further reform.Analyse the development of SNE of our city and put forward some proposals.
Methods:
The author investigated and analysed four public hospitals and Linyi Health School.Consult literature,investigate,interview,questionaire.
Results:
Even when the secondary career education developed slowly,the SNE in Linyi area can exist and develop,and has got some achievements.But there exist some new problems and situations,such as management system,curriculum setting,teachers, students etc.
Conclusion:
According to the characters of nursing education at home and abroad,and nursing work in our country especially the requirement and situation of the people’s taking up occupation market,the author puts forward some proposals:government should enforce its overall functions, integrating and making full use of the present education resources in order to enforce the macroregulation to the SNE;improve the realization to the importance of the nursing education;insist on taking the demand of the market as a basis,taking up job as guiding thought for the school;deepen the reform of teaching,improving education quality;adjust the level structure of the nursing education;enforce the community nursing education,promoting its development;carry the internationalized course of the nursing education,linking with international nursing education.
