论文题目：水胶体敷料治疗压疮的临床疗效观察
摘 要

 研究目的：
 探讨水胶体敷料治疗Ⅱ度及Ⅲ度压疮的临床疗效。
 研究方法：
 将28处Ⅱ度及Ⅲ度压疮随机分为水胶体敷料治疗组(治疗组)和传统方法治疗组(对照组)，两组Ⅱ度及Ⅲ度压疮数分别为10处和4处。治疗组采用水胶体敷料换药治疗创面，对照组采用传统纱布换药治疗创面，并对两组创面的Ⅱ期愈合率、换药次数、换药时间和治疗费用进行比较。
 实验结果：
 在两组患者年龄、性别、压疮深度及大小均无明显差异的情况下，并在同法进行压疮全身治疗的基础上，治疗组的Ⅱ期愈合率明显高于对照组，换药次数、换药时间及治疗费用均少于对照组。
 结论：
 水胶体敷料更有助于促进压疮创面愈合，无须每日换药，不增加患者治疗费用，可替代传统换药治疗压疮的方法。

Title: Hydrocolloid dressings in treating pressure ulcers in clinical observation
ABSTRACT

Objectives:
 To Discussion clinical efficacy of liquid colloid dressing treatment in  Ⅱ and Ⅲ degree of clinical efficacy of pressure ulcers
Methods:
 28 bedsores of II and III grade were divided into group with liquid colloid dressing (treatment group) and group with traditional method (contra group)  randomly. 10 places were II grade and 4 places were II grade. The liquid colloid dressing was used in treatment group and the traditional pledget was used in contra group. The recovery rate, the times of using dressing and the expense were compared in the two groups.
Results:
 The recovery rate in treatment group was higher than which in contra group obviously. And the times of using dressing and the expense in treatment group were lower than which in the contra group.
Conclusion:
 Liquid colloid dressing was better for bedsore recovery .And it was more convenient and less expense. So it is a method which can replace the traditional pledget for bedsore treatment.
