论文题目：心理干预在防治老年糖尿病人精神障碍中的应用
 摘 要
 目的：分析糖尿病老人的心理特点，制定针对性心理护理。
 方法：用Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)、Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)，对40例糖尿病老人进行问卷调查，将测试结果与国内常模进行比较，并从不同性别、年龄、经济状况、文化程度、病程方面及干预前后进行心理状况的分析。
 结果：糖尿病老人SAS评分(45．18±9．64)、SDS评分(51．81±12．18)与国内常模比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0．01)，且男女之间、不同年龄段、文化程度、经济状况之间的SAS、SDS评分比较，差异具有统计学意义。31．7％的糖尿病老人有焦虑症状；19．5％糖尿病患者有抑郁症状；12．2％的患者同时有焦虑和抑郁症状。糖尿病患者的SAS、SDS总分受病程、有无并发症影响。实施针对性心理护理8周后,SAS、SDS总分都有显著下降(P＜0.05)。
 结论：糖尿病老人常存在焦虑、抑郁心理，且受性别、年龄、文化程度和经济状况的影响，加强糖尿病知识宣教，给予针对性心理护理是必要的。

 Title: Elderly people with diabetes and psychological problems and mental disorders in nursing

 ABSTRACT
 Object:Explore the path to increase the self-efficacy by analyzing the correlations ofself-efficacy and demographic data,knowledge on diabetes mellitus psychological state，social supports，disease control state as well as treatment measures in diabetes patients．
 Methods:Patients were recruited from Qilu Hospital of Shandong University according to WHO type 2 diabetes mellitus diagnosis standard in 1 999．Those wim psychiatric disorders and malignant tumors were excluded in this study．The study was carried out by questionnaires，which included demographic data，diabetes related knowledge，self rating depressive scale，social supports rating scale and chronic disease self-efficacy.
 Results:Social supports and self-efficacy：univariate and multi—variable logistic regression analysis showed that social supports including objective and subjective supports contributed to the increased the scale of self-efficacy．
 Conclusions：Therefore，increasing efforts on directly intervention，mental nursing，social supports and health education are necessary to improve the scale of self-efficacy,which could further contribute to the effective treatments，delayed and controlled complications and improved quality of life．
