摘要:四乙酰乙二胺(TAED)由于其较好的漂白活化作用而应用日益广泛。本文对目前漂白活化剂TAED的合成方法的研究进行评述,综述了以乙二胺、乙酸、乙酸酐为原料,采用质子酸、有机碱为催化剂,或以微波诱导为手段制备TAED的研究进展。实验中分别对一系列质子酸和有机碱进行了催化效果比较,初步探讨了质子酸和有机碱可能的催化机理,为进一步开发适用于工业化合成TAED的催化剂提供了具有一定参考价值的基础数据。

Abstract:Tetraacetylethylenediamine (TAED) as a good bleach activator is used widely more and more. In this paper the synthetic method about TAED is reviewed. It is introduced that with acetic acid, acetic anhydride as raw materials TAED is prepared and proton acids and organic bases is used as catalysts. The catalytic activities of a series of organic bases and proton acids is determined and compared, and their catalytic mechanism is discussed. The results can be used for the further development and industrialized production of TAED.
