摘要:以粉碎的杨梅叶为材料,对总类黄酮提取条件和纯化方法进行研究。采用有机溶剂浸提法,分别从乙醇浓度,料液比,提取时间,提取温度等4个因素进行单因素实验,并通过正交设计对杨梅叶黄酮提取条件进行了优化,确定了杨梅叶的最佳提取条件为50%乙醇,提取温度为60℃,乙醇与杨梅叶20∶1,提取时间24h,提取率可达7.532%,显著高于次佳工艺。并通过柱层析对萃取物进一步纯化,得到纯度为92. 32%的总类黄酮提取液浸膏。因此,该提取与纯化方法对杨梅叶总类黄酮工业化生产具有一定的应用价值。

Abstract: The conditions for extracting and the method for purifying flavonoids from myrica rubra leaves were studied in this article. And the main factors which effect the distill rate were also discussed. The results from L9(34)table shows that the extracting temperature was 60℃, the ratio of 50% ethanol to myrica rubra leaves was 20∶1, the time was 24 h. And the extractive ratio could be up to 7.532%, which was significantly higher than that under the Hypo - op timal conditions. And the extracts were further purified by silica gel column chromatography, the purity of the total flavonoids could be up to 92.32%. So the conditions above have some app lication value in industrial p rocessing of extracting total flavonoids from myrica rubra leaves.
