摘 要:本论文综述了近几年电镀重金属污泥的处理回收及综合利用状况,重点确定了用溶剂萃取法萃取分离铜和镍。以N902煤油体系为萃取剂,硫酸溶液为反萃取剂,用碳酸钠沉淀镍,达到了有效的分离,实现了铜镍资源的再生利用。同时采用了EDTA返滴定法测定铜镍的含量。整个工艺过程环保运作,操作简单,具有较高的经济效益。工艺过程产生的废水可以达到排放标准。

Abstract: This article review the present situation of disposition reclaim and utilization of electroplating heavy metal sludge recent years. The method of the separation of copper and nickel by solvent extraction is detailed. With N902 in kerosene as the extractant and sulphuric acid as the anti-extractant, and sodium carbonate precipitate nickel. Attain effective separation and enable the resource of copper and nickel come into effect at the second use. Meanwhile adoption EDTA to back-titeation the copper and nickel. The entire methodology process is in environmental conservation’s thread . The operating is easy and the economic benefit is high. And the waste warter can be discharged to a certainty standars.
