摘 要:本文主要研究茯苓多糖氧化物制备及活性研究。在TEMPO存在下将茯苓多糖进行选择性氧化制得氧化茯苓多糖,用傅立叶变红外光谱对其进行了结构表征。同时对茯苓多糖氧化物的生物活性进行了检测,通过糠醛比色法测定了氧化茯苓多糖对胆酸的结合能力,发现茯苓多糖氧化物的胆酸结合能力比未经化学修饰的茯苓多糖要高。利用Feton反应产生羟基自由基,采用水杨酸显色法测定茯苓多糖及其衍生物对羟基自由基的清除效果。在对自由基清除能力测试中发现,茯苓多糖氧化物对羟基自由基OH·和超氧自由基O2-·都有一定清除能力,且清除能力随茯苓多糖氧化物加入的量的增加而增加。

Study on the Oxidation of Pachymaran and Its Biological Activity
Abstract: This paper introduces the oxidation of pachymaran and its biological activity. During the preparation of the oxidation of pachymaran. TEMPO was used and then transform infrared spectroscopy was used to characterize the structure of oxidation product. At the same time, the biological activity of derivative was tested. According to furfural cuvette method, it was found that oxidation of pachymaran of bile acid binding capacity is higher than that without the chemical modification of pachymaran, but the overall bile acid binding capacity is not high. Using Feton reaction produces hydroxyl radical, it was found that oxidation of pachymaran have the effect of clearance to hydroxyl radical. In the free radical scavenging capacity test, it was found that the oxidation of pachymaran have some OH- hydroxyl radical and superoxide radical scavenging ability.
