摘要:二氧化氯具有强氧化性、不稳定性和消毒性,其氧化能力是次氯酸的9倍多,是氯的2.6倍。本文在生产和制备二氧化氯及稳定性二氧化氯的基础上,用分光光度法测定反应后活性蓝染料的含量,从而计算二氧化氯对活性蓝染料的脱色率。研究反应温度、pH值、搅拌速度、二氧化氯用量、活性蓝染料起始浓度、反应时间对活性蓝染料的脱色效果。实验结果表明:二氧化氯对活性蓝染料的脱色率在一定条件下能达到95%以上,反应温度、搅拌速度、活性蓝染料起始浓度对脱色率影响不大,反应时间也很快,5分钟基本上完全反应,在酸性条件下对脱色率没什么影响,但在碱性条件下pH值越大脱色率越低。二氧化氯对活性蓝染料脱色的较佳条件:反应温度25℃,反应时间10min,转速250r/min,pH=10,活性蓝染料与二氧化氯反应的摩尔比为1:60。

Abstract: Chlorine dioxide has strong property of oxidation, the instability and the disinfection, its oxidized ability is more than 9 time of hypochlorous, and is 2.6 times of chlorine. This article is based on the production and the preparation of chlorine dioxide and stable chlorine dioxide, the content of the Reactive blue was after reaction determined by Spectrophotometric methods, thus decolorization rate of Reactive blue was calculated with chlorine dioxide. Then the decolorization effect of the Reactive blue by reaction temperature, pH, mixing speed, the amount of chlorine dioxide, concentration of Reactive blue, reaction time were studied. The experimental result indicated that, the decolorization rate can achieve above 95% by chlorine dioxide under the certain condition. The reaction temperature, the mixing speed, and concentration of the Reactive blue have no evident influence to the decolorization rate. The reaction is very quick. The reaction would be completed within 5 minutes, so it has no influence to decolorization rate under acidic condition, but under the alkalinity condition, the larger pH is , the lower decolorization rate is. So the best condition were the followings: reaction temperature is 25℃, reaction time is 10min, rotational speed is 250r/min, pH is 10, the ratio of the Reactive blue and a chlorine dioxide is 1: 60.
