摘 要:本文介绍了利用国产球形负载催化剂引发丙烯气相聚合合成聚丙烯。实验中设计了一套烯烃气相聚合装置。该装置由计算机控制的压力和流量测量系统,聚合前,反应系统经过试压检漏,此后82℃热真空净化8hr,期间用净化过的高纯氮置换三次。聚合过程保持恒温恒压,并用计算机监测聚合速率。然后对其的动力学性质进行分析,分析了催化剂用量,反应物单体浓度,聚合压力对反应速率的影响,对聚丙烯的粒径分布以及聚丙烯分子量进行研究。

The Synthesis of Polypropylene Particles with Gas Phase Polymerization
Abstract:The reachpaper instruction the polypropylene is polymerized by propylene with the solicitation of homemade global laden catalyst. We design and construct a suit of polymeric equipment which could polymerize alkenes gas automatically. This equipment contains a depurative system of ethylene、propylene、hydrogen and nitrogen. At the same time, the equipment contains a metrical system of pressure and flux which is controlled by computer. Also, it contains a 2L retort and propylene still. The reaction system is leak hunted before polymerization. Then it is heated to 82℃ and depurated for 8 hours in vacuum. And the system is replaced by high purity nitrogen during the depurative process. Also we keep constant temperature and isobaric during the polymerization and trace the polymeric speed by computer.
