摘要
乙醛是石油、化工的中间产品。其生产方法是有乙炔法、乙醇法、饱和直链烃氧化法和乙烯直接氧化法。乙烯直接氧化制乙醛的工艺路线又有一步和两步法。这里重点叙述乙烯直接氧化一步法制乙醛的生产工艺。其生产工艺主要由氧化、蒸馏、精馏工序组成。
本设计主要采用乙烯一步氧化制乙醛，使其达到设计出一套年产8万吨乙醛装置目的。该设计首先叙述了选择的工艺流程（包括反应、再生、精馏三个工段），其次在给定年产量的条件下，对各个工段进行物料衡算、热量衡算、设备选型计算，从而对塔、换热器、泵等设备的结构及设计条件进行确定。

Abstract
Acetaldehyde is intermediate products of the petroleum and chemical. Their production methods are the acetylene method, ethanol, straight-chain saturated hydrocarbon oxidation and direct oxidation of ethylene.
