摘要
21世纪纳米技术在生物学和制剂方面应用被认为是最有吸引力的研究领域,它不仅阐明了传统药物溶解度低,高毒性和稳定性差对其应用有较强的限制,而且还在控制剂量的同时提高了他们的治疗效率。但同时,纳米药物也给我们带来很多问题,因为它能够改变药代动力,这就是所谓的纳米毒性。因此,使纳米药物得到甚为广泛的应用仍是一个漫长的道路。一些最前沿的问题是纳米药物的分散、分解、释放、疗效以及对人体生理功能和新陈代谢的影响。本实验利用磷脂做乳化剂,豆油和水,通过紫外分光光度计法检测,最终确定了其最佳处方是豆油3.5ml、甘油3.5ml、磷脂750mg、加水至15ml;并为已知处方的聚山梨酯-80制备纳米乳剂的方法确定了最佳的生产工艺为超声-恒温搅拌法。

Abstract:

This experiment makes the emulsifier using the phosphatide, the soybean oil and the water, through the ultraviolet spectrophotometer examination, finally we had determined its best prescription is soybean oil 3.5ml, glycerine 3.5ml, phospho-lipin 750mg, the watering to 15ml; And gathered the tween- 80 preparation nanometer emulsion method for the known prescription to determine the best technique of production is the supersonic - constant temperature puddle process.
