摘 要
随着高新技术的发展和应用,对电能质量和供电可靠提出了新的要求,高压、超高压变电站的控制和保护系统必须适应这种新形势,因此,改善电网结构,提高供电能力与可靠性以及综合自动化程度,以满足日益增长的社会需求是电力企业的首要目标。
变电站综合自动化系统是在计算机和网络通信技术基础上发展起来的,近几年在我国发展迅速,产品的更新换代及定型也越来越快。它给变电站的设计安装、调试、运行、维护及管理等方面都带来了一系列自动化技术的变革。由于目前国内还没有出台变电站综合自动化系统的详细要求和制造标准,国内市场上变电站综合自动化产品的类型及系统结构也各不相同。因此,根据变电站在电力系统中的地位,作用和变电站的规模、电压等级及一次设备状况,选择一种理想的综合自动化系统,合理组态是工程设计和应用的重点。
本设计通过对变电站综合自动化系统的现状、硬件结构形式、功能及保护配置的讨论、变电站综合自动化的硬件结构形式分析比较,确定了11OkV变电站综合自动化系统的设计要求。通过详细的短路电流计算,完成了电气一次系统设计;在对市场和产品的充分调研下,对一次设备及二次系统进行了合理选型和组态,最终完成了该变电站综合自动化系统的设计。

Abstract
With the development and application of high teehnology have brought new requirements for power quality and reliability power supply,the controlling and protection systems of HV and EHV substations have to meet these requirements.Improving power system network enhancing capability and reliability of power supply and level of intergrate automation must be meet demanda of society.This is the first goal of Power system.
Substation integrate automation system(SIAS) development based on computer and network communication teehniques and which has be develop rapidly recently, the production update and change generation is proeessed in more and more speed.A series of automation teehnology reformation has been brought in substation designs,installation,debugging,operation, mainienance and management with SIAS. At present, as a result of SIAS introduction no the detailed requirements and manufacturing standards,the type and system configure of SIAS production found inmarkets are quite different.Thus in the process of project design and application,it is of essential for choiee an ideal SIAS which according to substations in power system status, role and size of substation, voltage level and the status of a device, that to reasonable conguration.
The design of substation integrated automation system status, hardware structure, function and protection of the discussion of configuration, substation automation hardware structure analysis to determine the 110kV substation automation system design requirements. Short-circuit current through the detailed terms and products on the market in the full study, the first device on the secondary system and a reasonable selection and configuration, the completion of the substation automation system design.
