摘 要
中国的电力工业作为国家最重要的能源工业,一直处于优先发展的地位,电力企业的发展也是令人瞩目的。电力系统的飞速发展对继电保护不断提出新的要求,也使得继电保护得以飞速的发展。继电保护是指研究电力系统故障和危及安全运行的异常工况,以探讨其对策的反事故自动化措施。因在其发展过程中曾主要用有触点的继电器来保护电力系统及其元件(发电机、变压器、输电线路、母线等)使之免遭损害,所以沿称继电保护。
本设计对220KV电网的继电保护和整定做了计算,根据本电网的特点和运行要求,在满足继电保护“速动性、选择性、灵敏性、可靠性”要求的前提下,对运行方式、短路电流、各类保护、自动合闸的整定计算最终求得最佳方案。

Abstract
China''''s power industry, as the country''''s most important energy industry, has been in the priority development status, Power for the development of enterprises is also eye-catching. Power system for the rapid development of protection have made new demands, which will enable the relay to rapid development.Protection is an anti-accident automational measure which is used to seek the countermeasure by means of studying the breakdown of power system, and the abnormal conditions which endanger operation safty. During its development,it is used relay to protect the power system and its components (generators, transformers, transmission lines, bus, etc.)in order to get it out of damage. So we call it protection. This design calculates the protection and adjustment of 220KV power grid .According to the characteristics and operation requests of the power grid, under the premise of protection requirement, which is "the liquid, the selectivity, sensitivity, reliability", we can find the best program for setting of operation mode, the short circuit current, the types of protection and the automatic reclosing.
