摘 要
随着农村电网建设的快速发展,对于农网35KV变电站实行综合自动化及无人值班已成为电网自动化发展的方向。在国家电力公司推行的两网改造中,35KV变电所的规范设计对农网建设起到重要作用。
针对农村用电负荷分散、供电可靠性相对较低的特点以及节约用地的原则,我们从控制规模入手,采用先进设备,以减少一次性的投入。为长期运行费用的考虑,我们应推广使用保护、测量和控制一体化的设计,并且采用分层分布式结构,组屏式或就地分散安装式变电站综合自动化设计方案。考虑到供电质量与供电可靠性,我们可以将变电站设计成无人值班变电站。预测未来10年负荷发展需求,主变压器至少按两台考虑,选用低损耗、节能型调压变压器。在设备选型方面,考虑到变电站设备渗油的问题,我们要优先选用先进国产和进口设备,以提高供电可靠性、降低运行费用。

Abstract
Fast development which constructs along with the countryside electrical network, implements the synthesis automation and nobody duty regarding the agricultural network 35KV transformer substation has become the electrical network automation development the direction. In the country Electricity company carries out two nets transform, the 35KV transformer substation''''s standard design constructs the influential role to the agricultural network.
Using electricity the load in view of the countryside to disperse, the power supply reliability relatively low characteristic as well as to save the land principle. We obtain from the control scale, to use the sophisticated equipment, reduces the disposable investment. For the long-term operating cost''''s consideration, we should promote the use protection, the survey and the control integration design, and uses the lamination distributional structure, the group screen type or disperses installs the type transformer substation synthesis automation design proposal. Considered the power supply quality and the power supply reliability, we may design the transformer substation nobody duty transformer substation. The forecast 10 year load development demand, the main transformer will press two considerations at least in the future, will select the low loss, the energy conservation regulating transformer. In the equipment shaping aspect, considered the transformer substation equipment infiltrates the oil the question, we must first select the advanced domestic product and the import equipment, enhances the power supply reliability, to reduce the operating cost.
