摘 要
本文介绍了基于可编程控制器(PLC)和Profibus总线的车库控制系统,简述了三层三列式七车位升降横移式立体停车库的工作原理、结构特点,并通过PLC软件设计及其优化,实现了立体车库的自动控制。整个系统由钢结构部分、载车板部分、传动系统、控制系统、安全防护措施等组成。用PLC内的预置程序来控制整个系统的运行,用电机的正反转来控制车位的上下左右移动,电机的转速和正反转则由变频器来控制,存车则由条码打印机来打出凭条,取车则把该凭条用条码扫描器扫进PC机,在通过Profibus总线传到PLC中去,实现存取车的自动化。该系统分为三个工作过程:自动运行、手动运行和停止运行,可用转换开关来控制。又具有以下保护功能:急停、断电保持、超长提示和离车保护。

Abstract
This article introduced based on programmable controller (PLC) and the Profibus main line''s garage control system, summarized three three row type seven berth to rise and fall moves to the type three-dimensional to stop the garage horizontally the principle of work, the unique feature, and through the PLC software design and the optimization, has realized the three-dimensional garage automatic control. The overall system by the steel structure part, carries the template part, the transmission system, the control system, the safety protection measure and so on to be composed. Controls overall system''s movement with the PLC in pre-placed procedure, transfers with electrical machinery''s pro and con controls berth''s about to move, electrical machinery''s rotational speed and is reversing controls by the frequency changer, parking splits out the certificate by the bar code printer, takes Che Ze to sweep into this certificate with the bar code scanner PC machine, in passes to PLC through the Profibus main line, realizes deposits and withdraws vehicle''s automation. This system divides into three work processes: The automatic movement, the manual movement and the stop movement, the available change-over switch controls. Also has the following protection function: Stops, the power failure maintains anxiously, the ultra long prompt and leaves the vehicle protection.
