摘 要
近年来随着计算机在社会领域的渗透, PLC的应用正在不断地走向深入,同时带动传统控制检测日新月益更新。在实时检测和自动控制的PLC应用系统中,PLC往往是作为一个核心部件来使用,仅PLC方面知识是不够的,还应根据具体硬件结构,以及针对具体应用对象特点的软件结合,以作完善。本文介绍了以S7-200PLC为核心,对某供电局110KV电网“一线两站”的备用电源自动投入装置(简称备自投)进行了控制的应用,简述了S7-200PLC的性能特点,详细阐述了备用电源自动投入装置的实现
讲述备用电源自动投入装置的软件和硬件设计。首先介绍了此系统的开发意义及使用的开发环境,MPLAB IDE系统和开发使用的PIC单片机芯片以及仿真器PICMATE2002。在硬件设计中论述了硬件总体设计过程,确定了技术指标及器件的选择,着重描述了系统硬件电路设计、硬件设计框图及所使用的各种芯片功能与特性,在软件设计中重点剖析了软件设计的过程,调试部分主要介绍使用调试软件picamate2002和调试过程中出现的问题,以及最后解决问题的一些方法。

This article introduced take S7-200PLC as the core, to some power supply bureau 110KV electrical network “two stations” the emergency power supply automatic investment installment (i.e. prepared turns oneself in) has carried on the control application, has summarized the S7-200PLC performance characteristic, elaborated emergency power supply automatic investment installment realization in detail Narrates the emergency power supply automatic investment installment software and the hardware design. First introduced this system''s development significance and the use development environment, MPLAB the IDE system and the development use PIC monolithic integrated circuit chip as well as simulator PICMATE2002. Elaborated the hardware system design process in the hardware design, had determined the technical specification and component''s choice, described each kind of chip function which and the characteristic emphatically the system hardware circuit design, the hardware design diagram and uses, analyzed the software design process with emphasis in the software design, the question which debugging part main introduction use debugging software picamate2002 and in the debugging process appears, as well as final solution question some methods.
