摘要:啤酒生产线比较复杂,生产环节也很多。其中啤酒的灌装压盖和贴标就是啤酒生产线上重要的生产环节。因此本设计以PLC在啤酒灌装压盖机和啤酒贴标机上的应用为例,介绍了PLC在啤酒生产线上的应用。其中对PLC在啤酒灌装压盖机上的应用作了比较详细的研究,对PLC在啤酒贴标机上的应用也作了一些介绍。
控制系统主要由一台PLC、可调速电机、灌装压盖部分、变频调速器、贴标部分、灌装压盖检测部分、贴标检测部分等组成。其中可调速电机用来控制灌装压盖部分,变频调速器用来控制贴标部分。
本控制系统有两个特点:一是输入、输出设备比较多;二是所需实现的控制基本上是顺序逻辑控制。
三菱FX2N系列PLC在顺序控制方面的功能较强,实现比较方便。因此本系统选用了FX2N-48MR型号的PLC进行控制,既满足了控制系统所需的I/O点数,又满足了被控对象的控制要求。
采用PLC控制啤酒生产线,实现了啤酒生产线的自动化。对劳动生产率的提高,啤酒质量和产量的提高具有深远的意义。

Summary : Beer production line is more complicated, there are a lot of product segments. To it is overlay and marks to be beer important product segments at the production line to stick and to press to pour into beer. So originally design and pour into pressing overlaying machine and to stick to mark the application on the plane as the example in beer with PLC, have introduced the application on beer production line of PLC. It is overlay in beer PLC application of plane make comparisons detailed research to keep to pour into among them, it is also mark in beer PLC application of plane do some introduce too to stick label.
The control system is by a PLC mainly, adjustable speed electrical machine , pouring into and pressing 、covering some , frequency conversion governor , stick marking partly machine , pour into and press and cover measuring partly machine , stick and mark measuring to make up partly ,etc. Adjustable speed electrical machinery is used to press to pour into to control to used for, frequency conversion governor is used to controls the sticks label system.
This control system has two characteristics: the one is input and output equipment is too much ; the other one is, the control system which is needed to be realized is the logic control in the order basically.
FX2N series PLC of MITSUBISHI is relatively strong in the function of order control, it is more convenient to realize. So this system has selected FX2N-48MR type of PLC for use is controlled , has already satisfied I/O that the control system needs and counted, have met the control request which is accused of the target again.
Adopt PLC to control beer production line , has realized the automation of beer production line . To the improvement of the labor productivity, the improvement of beer quality and output has far- reaching meanings.
