摘 要
本论文首先介绍了什么是可编程控制器(简称PLC),它的产生和发展史,PLC在我国的发展及其PLC的发展趋势,PLC的主要特点,PLC的基本结构与工作过程。
然后鉴于PLC的原理及其优越性,应用PLC控制多种液体的自动混合,该程序可进行单周期或连续工作,具有断电记忆功能,复电后可以断电步继续运行。正常工作时,至少完成一个周期,成品与传送带配合分装,该程序具有一定的防止误动作能力。

ABSTRACT
This passage introduce what’s the Programmable Logic Controller( Called PLC for short), its production and development, the development of China and the trend of development its distinctive characteristic, its basic structure and the process of work at first.
Then according to the principle and the excellent quality of the PLC, It can use PLC to control different kinds of liquid. This controlling process can make a single circuit or make in succession, it has the function of breaking off the electricity and bearing in memory, it can restore electricity then break off the electricity step to continue moving. At tight time, it can finish one circle at least. Accomplished product and moving belt can distribute to assemble. This procedure also has the ability of preventing bad moving.
