摘 要
PLC控制系统是为了工艺流程服务的,所以它首先要能很好的实现工艺提出的控制要求。PLC控制系统的设计应遵循以下原则。
根据工艺流程进行设计,力求设计出来的控制系统能最大限度地满足控制求。在满足控制要求的前提下,尽量减少PLC系统硬件费用。考虑到以后控制要的变化,所以控制系统设计时应考虑PLC的可扩展性。控制系统使用和维护方便、安全可靠。
PLC的编程主要是通过编程器或使用PLC公司提供的编程软件来完成的。
每个PLC公司都有自己的编程器,一般它比较小,而且比较轻,适合在现场使用。但是它只能使用助记符语言对PLC进行编程,而且由于屏幕较小,每次只能显示一两行程序,难于对程序从整体上进行分析。
PLC公司提供的编程软件则能使用梯形图、助记符或功能块图语言进行编程。通过编程软件,不仅能在一个屏幕上看到十几页,甚至几十页的程序,从宏观上对程序进行编辑和分析,而且它能对程序的运行情况进行监视。

Abstract: The PLC control system is for the technical process service, therefore it first must be able the very good realization craft to propose control request.The PLC control system design should follow following principle. Carries on the design according to the technical process, the control system which the endeavour designs can maximum limit satisfy the control to ask.In satisfies the control request under the premise, reduces the PLC system hardware expense as far as possible.Considered later will control the change which will want, therefore time control system design will be supposed to consider PLC the extendibility.The control system uses and maintains conveniently, safe reliable.
The PLC programming mainly is or uses the programming softwarethrough the programmer which PLC Corporation provides to complete. Each PLC Corporation all has own programmer, it quite is generally young, moreover quite light, suits in the field use.But it only can use the mnemonic symbol language to carry on the programming to PLC, moreover because the screen is small, each time only can demonstrate 12 lines of procedures, difficulty with overall carry on the analysis to the procedure. PLC Corporation provides the programming software can use the trapezoidal chart, the mnemonic symbol or the function block chart language carries on the programming.Through programs the software, not only can see on a screen to several pages, even several dozens pages of procedures, macroscopically carry on the edition and the analysis to the procedure, moreover it can carry on the surveillance to the procedure movement situation.
