摘 要
称重技术自古以来就被人们所重视,在传说的黄帝“设五量”中,权衡即为五量之首。在公元前,人们为了对货物交换计量,起初采用木材或陶土制作的容器来作为交换货物的计量工具,以后又采用简单的秤测定质量。目前,随着生产力的发展,电子衡器的应用范围越来越广泛,同时对电子衡器的技术要求也越来越高,电子衡器由一个单一的称重装置逐渐发展成一个集称重、自动控制和信息处理等为一体的综合性的称重系统。电子称重仪作为智能仪器之一是计算机技术与测量技术相结合的产物,近年来得到迅速发展,已成为现代称重技术发展的主流。随着新技术、新器件、新标准的不断涌现和应用领域的不断扩大,电子称重仪的体系结构、设计和实现的方法等都在不断地变革之中。
电子称重仪主要以单片机作为中心控制单元,通过称重传感器进行模/数转换单元,再配以显示电路及软件组成。本文在给出电子称重仪硬件设计的基础上,详细分析了软件的控制方法。

Abstract
Weighing technology since ancient times been paid more attention in the legend of the Yellow Emperor, "the five volume set", the balance amount shall be the first five.In BC, people to exchange goods measured initially produced using wood or clay containers as a measurement tool for the exchangeof goods, and later using a simple scale to determine themass. Now, with the development of productivity, the application of electronic weighing more and more widely, while the technical requirements of electronic weighing more and more, electronic weighing scales from a single device evolved into a set of weighing, automatic control and information processing for the integrated weighing system. Electronic weighing instrument is one of intelligent instruments, as computer technology and measurement technology combined with the product of rapid development in recent years has become mainstream in the development of modern weighing technology. With the new technology, new devices, the continuous emergence of new standards and applications continues to expand, electronic weighing instrument of architecture, design and realization method are all constantly transformation.
Electronic weighing instrument mainly as a central control unit MCU, by weighing sensors magic conversion unit, which together with display circuit and software. This paper presented the hardware design of electronic weighing instrument, based on detailed analysis of the software control.
