摘 要
随着电气技术、微电子技术与计算机技术的飞速发展,仓贮系统检测、控制、管理自动化己迫在眉睫,尤其是近年来仓贮系统的容量不断扩大,传统的方式已经远远不能满足实际生产的需要,所以建立一种管理科学、操作简便、运行可靠的高效率软硬件已是必需的。
库房的原有温湿度检测都是采用人工检测和控制,方法老化,控制设施滞后,如果采用一般仓贮远程监控,即重新布线或借助于电力线进行信号传输,施工劳动强度大,投资大。本设计以科技创新的观点,研究与设计以代机为控制核心,采用数字温度和湿度传感器的自动测控系统,对库区的温度及湿度的变化情况进行实时自动测试,实时显示和监测各个仓库的环境变化情况,通过适当的软、硬件抗千扰处理和控制室计算机的分析处理,实现现场的控制,使仓库达到恒温、恒湿状态,从而提高仓库的科学管理化、控制自动化水平,对有效地提高事故的预见性和工作效率有着重要的实际推广价值和理论研究意义!

Abstract
With the development of electric technology, micro-electronics technology and computer technology, the new examination, controlling and automatic management of storage system has been in great need. As the capacity of storage system has been broadening since recent years, the traditional storage way has been far cry from demand in real productivity, so it’s necessary to set up a kind of software and hardware facility with scientific management, simple operation, safe function and efficiency.
the original examination system of temperature and humidity in workshop was executed and controlled by manpower. However this way has become old, including its controlling facilities.instead, if it adopts a common long-distance monitoring storage, it will be an expensive investment and high intensity in working construction.The new design, based on scientific innovation, takes PC as the controlling core and adopts automatic monitoring system specializing in signify temperature and humidly sensor. the design could state and monitor the changing condition, which be controlled in every warehouse through appropriate software like computer, so it could make the temperature and humidity in constant condition. With help of the design, it is able to improve the scientific management and automatic control of storage; it is also of great value and significance to forecast the rate of accident in storage and to improve the efficiency in detailed working.
