摘 要
本说明文重点讲述的是实验室的综合布局与设计,本次毕业设计的目的是以我院电子工艺实习的需要为目标,设计并制作相应的配套装置。
通过本题目的研究和制作。首先,是对今后其它电力电子安装调试场所的配置、安全检测及布线奠定一定的工作基础。其次是让学生掌握安全检测及布线的设计计算及方法。再就是对学生自学习能力、综合运用所学理论知识和技能的一种综合性工程实践锻炼,从而培养学生的创造能力、独立工作能力和提高学生分析、解决实际问题的能力。
设计主要以501实验室为目标的布局设计。按电子工艺实习的要求设计电子工艺综合实训台;电源布线及开关选用的设计;电烙铁的温度检测及自动控制装置设计;仪器、仪表及工具的配置和布局设计;安全指示及通风等设施的配备设计。
控制电路利用电阻电桥实现的高精度温度控制电路,采用继电方式,可以将温度控制在±50℃范围之内,从而实现动态的温度调节。电阻电桥,运算放大器,功率放大,铂电阻,开关电源。其工作原理是由热电阻将温度信号变换成电压信号经过放大器放大后与设定的电压值比较,超过其电压值将在放大器输出端产生电流驱动三极管工作,进而使继电器工作达到控制电源回路的功能。

Pass the subject purpose research and creations.First, install to adjust to try the amenity to install to other electric powers of aftertime electronics, the safety examine and the cloth line lay the certain work foundation.It is design calculation and methods that lets the student control the safety examination and cloth line the next in order.Again be the creation ability to the student from the study the ability, comprehensively the usage talk about the knowledge and technical ability a kind of the academic theories comprehensively sex engineering the fulfillment the ,thus train the student, independent work ability and raise the student analysis, resolve the actual problem of ability.
Design main with 501 laboratories for target of layout design.Press the request design electronics craft of the electronics craft practice the comprehensive solid set of ,The power supply cloth line and switches choose the design for use;Give or get an electric shock the temperature of the hot irons examination and automatic controls device design;The instrument, appearance and tools install and set up the design;The equipment design of the safety facilitieses such as designation and airiness etc..
Control the high accuracy temperature control electric circuit that the electric circuit makes use of the electric resistance electricity bridge realization, adopt after the electricity method, can control temperature in 50 scopes of ℃ of ± inside, thus carry out the temperature of the dynamic state to regulate.The electric resistance gives or get an electric shock the bridge, the operation enlarger, the power enlarge, the platinum electric resistance, switch power supply.It work the principle exceed after the temperature signal transformation become the electric voltage signal to enlarge through enlarger with enactment of the electric voltage value comparison, from the hot electric resistance its electric voltage value will output to carry to produce the electric current to drive the triode transistor work in the enlarger, then making after the function that the electric appliances work to attain to control the power supply back track.
