摘 要
随着科学技术的突飞猛进的发展,电子技术广泛的应用于工业、农业、交通运输、航空航天、国防建设等国民经济的诸多领域中,而电子测量技术又是电子技术中进行信息检测的重要手段,在现代科学技术中占有举足轻重的作用和地位。低频数字式相位测试仪在工业领域中是经常用到的一般测量工具,比如在电力系统中电网并网合闸时,要求两电网的电信号相同,这就要求精确的测量两工频信号之间的相位差。还有测量两列同频信号的相位差在研究网络、系统的频率特性中具有重要意义。近年来,随着科学技术的迅速发展,很多测量仪逐渐向“智能仪器”和“自动测试系统”发展,这使得仪器的使用比较简单,功能越来越多。随着相位测量技术广泛应用于国防、科研、生产等各个领域,对相位测量的要求也逐步向高精度、高智能化方向发展,在低频范围内,相位测量在电力、机械等部门有着尤其重要的意义,对于低频相位的测量,用传统的模拟指针式仪表显然不能够满足所需的精度要求,随着电子技术以及微机技术的发展,数字式仪表因其高精度的测量分辨率以及高度的智能化、直观化的特点得到越来越广泛的应用。同频率正弦信号间的相位差测量在电工技术、工业自动化、智能控制及通讯、电子等许多领域都有着广泛的应用,如电工领域中的电机功角测试,介质材料损耗角的确定等。因此,相位差测量技术有着广泛的实用价值。

Development which progresses by leaps and bounds along with the science and technology, electronic technology widespread application in national economy in and so on industry, agriculture, transportation, aerospace, national defense development many domains, but the electronic surveying technology is also in the electronic technology carries on the information examination the important means that holds the pivotal function and the status in the modern science technology. The low frequency digital phase reflectoscope reflector in the industrial field is the general measuring tool which uses frequently, for instance the electrical network incorporation switches on when the electrical power system, requests two electrical network''''s electrical signals to be the same, between this request precise survey two power frequency signal phase difference. Also has surveys two row frequency signals the phase difference in the research network, in system''''s frequency characteristic to have the important meaning. In recent years, along with science''''s and technology''''s rapidly expand, many measuring instrument gradually to “the smart instrument” and “the automated test system” the development, this caused instrument''''s use to be quite simple, the function were getting more and more. Widely applies along with the phase measurement technology in the national defense, the scientific research, the production and so on each domain, to phase measurement''''s request also gradually to the high accuracy, the high intellectualized direction develops, in the low frequency scope, the phase measurement in departments and so on electric power, machinery has the especially vital significance, regarding the low frequency phase''''s survey, cannot satisfy the accuracy requirement which obviously with the traditional simulation indicator type measuring appliance needs, because along with the electronic technology as well as the microcomputer technology''''s development, the digital measuring appliance its high accuracy''''s survey resolution as well as the high intellectualization, the direct-viewing characteristic obtains more and more widespread application. Phase difference survey between the same frequency sinusoidal signal''''s in the electrician technology, the industrial automation, the intelligent control and the communication, the electron and so on many domains has the widespread application, like in electrician domain electrical machinery merit angle test, medium spillage of material angle determination and so on. Therefore, the phase difference measuring technique has the widespread use value.
