摘   要
 中国是半导体材料生产贸易大国,其市场规模居世界第五位。而通讯的快速发展亦使蓄电池需求增长迅猛。预计到2000年,便携式电话可达1800万用户,而小型蓄电池的年增长率可达到50%,这将为锂离子蓄电池的发展开拓广阔的前景。从电动汽车应用方面看,自从离子蓄电池在国外电动汽车行业掀起热潮后,国内已开始了相近的步伐。毫无疑问。锂电池将在空间、水下和地面的军事以及    特殊工业和民用领域中获得更加广泛的应用和更加远大的发展前景。     近几年,国内节能电池市场已被洋产品占领,不少人使用的手机电池都是日本、美国进口的。镍氢、锂离子电池作为信息时代支柱产业,节约能源,减少环境污染,用途越来越广泛,需求越来越大。中科院有关人士称,镍氢电池主要生产材料为金属镍和稀土金属,而我国恰好稀土储量非常丰富,为生产这种节能电池提供物质基础。在我国863计划中,中科院物理所对锂离子、镍氢电池开展基础研究,同时在金融及资本市场上寻找合作伙伴,为科研产业化、市场化打基础。    单片机系统不仅在一般的工业应用有有着广泛的用途,在家用电器中也很常用。手机电池的使用寿命和单次循环使用时间与充电维护过程和使用情况密切相关。一部好的充电器不但能在短时间内将电量充满,而且还可以对电池能起到一定的维护作用,修复由于使用不当而造成的记忆效应,既容量下降(电池活性衰退)现象。
