摘要
锅炉是发电,炼油,化工等工业部门的重要能源设备。一台锅炉要能安全,可靠,有效的运行,运行参数能够到达设计值,除了锅炉本身设备和各种辅机完好外,还必须要求自动化仪表工作正常和自动控制系统的设计方案正确,对于不同的锅炉及其控制要求的差异应采取相应的控制方案设计。
锅炉汽包水位高度,是确保安全生产和提供优质蒸汽的重要参数,对现代工业生产来说尤其是这样,因为现代锅炉的显著特点之一就是蒸汽量显著提高,混合容积相对减小,水位变化速度很快,稍不注意,就容易造成汽包满水,或者烧干锅炉。 水位过低又会影响自然循环的正常进行,严重时会使个别上水管壁局部过热而爆管。因此锅炉水位控制是非常重要的。

Water level over low affect the normal proceeding that nature circulate again, the serious hour will make last pipe line in individual wall part over hot but explode the tube. For this reason boiler water level control is very important!
