摘 要
流量测量是研究物质量变的科学,质和量的互变规律是事物联系与发展的基本规律,因此,其测量对象已不限于传统意义上的管道流体,凡是需要掌握流体流动的地方都有流量测量的问题。工业生产过程是流量测量与仪表应用的一大领域,流量与温度、压力和物位一起统称为过程控制中的四大参数,人们通过这些参数对生产过程进行监视与控制。对流体流量进行正却测量和调节是保证生产过程安全经济运行、提高产品质量、降低物质消耗、提高经济效益、实现科学管理的基础。在整个过程检测仪表中,流量仪表的产值约占1/5~1/4。本次设计主要采用了PIC16F873芯片,它的诸多应用知识也是不可不知。用光纤来替代对管二极管,达到提高精度的目的。文中既阐述了光纤传导的基础知识,也说明了具体的构想和实践,及实践成果,希望工业自动化的发展越来越快。

Abstract
Quantitative flow measurements of material science, quality and quantity of the exchange law is always contact and development, basic rules.Therefore its measurement object is not limited to traditional channels for fluid flow all need to know where all Liuliang surveying. Industrial production process flow measurement and instrumentation is a major area of flow and temperature, pressure and collectively referred to as the process of level control with the four parameters, one of these parameters on the production process through surveillance and control. But the fluid flows are measured and adjusted to ensure safe operation of the production process, improve product quality, reduce material consumption, enhance economic efficiency, scientific management basis. Instrumentation in the process, the flow meter''s output accounted for about 1 / 5 to 1 / 4. This design uses a PIC16F876 chip key, it also should be aware of the many applications of knowledge. Optical fiber is used to replace the tube diode, to improve the precision of. The article not only explained the basics of optical fiber transmission, also explains the concept and practice of specific and practical results, I hope the development of industrial automation and faster.
