摘 要
随着人民生活水平的日益提高,城市建设的日新月异,企业用水量的增加,人们对生活用水饮水品质要求的不断提高,城市供水问题日益突出,如何保持供水压力的恒定,提高供水的品质,同时还要求供水的可靠性和安全性,为了响应建设节约型社会,合理开发、节约能源、节约利用和有效保护水资源已成为一项艰巨的任务。
分析任务和查看城市供水系统,发现有以下特点:用户的用水时间比较集中,大都在早上起床上班,下午回家的时段,用水量的变换时间很大,而原供水系统存在成本高,用水的可靠性低,水资源浪费严重,管网系统不完善等缺点。
本文主要介绍了用PLC来实现恒压供水变频节能控制系统的设计。该系统可根据管网瞬间压力变化,自动调节单台水泵的转速及多台水泵的投入及退出,使管网主干管出口端保持在恒定的设定压力值,并满足用户的流量需求,使整个系统始终保持高效节能的最佳状态。根据上述控制系统的功能要求,在分析和比较几种方案的基础上确定了该系统的总体设计方案及具体实施,其中包括对控制模块及执行机构的选型,软件设计等,最后对在软件调试过程中所遇到的问题及解决方法进行了说明。
本文共有五章。
第一章:绪论,主要介绍恒压供水控制系统在国内外的现状并分析了对该种设备需求的发展趋势,明确毕业设计的工程应用背景。
第二章:恒压供水变频节能控制系统设计的组成和控制要求。

Design for Energy-Saving Variable Frequency Constant Pressure Water Supply Control System
Abstract
As people living standard rise increasingly, the urban construction, the consumption of enterprise, and increase of water to improve the quality of drinking water problem, thus make city have become increasingly prominent, and how to keep the constant pressure water supply, improve water quality, and also supply reliability and safety requirements, and in response to building the saving-type society, rational development, utilization and save energy, save the effective protection of water resources has become an arduous task.
Analysis and check the task of urban water supply system, has the following characteristics. The water users, mostly in time to wake up in the morning, afternoon session, which USES the home is also great transformation of water supply system, and the high cost of existence, the reliability of the water resources, low waste is serious, imperfect network system.
This paper describes using PLC control to achieve energy-saving control system for constant pressure water supply inverter design. This design introduces a frequency control constant pressure water supply system, which can be instantaneous pressure changes under the pipe network, automatically adjust the speed of a water pump station pumps and multi-input and exit, so that the outlet end of the trunk pipeline network to maintain a constant set pressure value, and to meet the needs of the user''s traffic, so that the whole system has to maintain energy-efficient best. Under the constant pressure water supply system control requirements, modules and implementing agencies (pump) for selection. In the analysis and comparison of several programs are given on the basis of the design implementation of the program. Finally, the software debugging process of the problems encountered and solutions are described.

Chapter I: Introduction, focuses on constant pressure water supply control system for the status quo at home and abroad, and analysis of equipment needs for the kinds of trends, a clear background of graduate design engineering applications.
