摘 要
本次设计是在浙江华电环保系统工程有限公司结合实际生产而设计的。碎渣机是火电厂和其他燃煤企业的重要锅炉除渣设备。由于燃烧的煤种不固定,锅炉排渣量大,容易出现 硬渣块,捞渣机在运行中,经常出现硬渣块卡塞,造成捞渣机减速箱齿轮断裂或球式联轴器变形等故障。因此进入碎渣机的渣块也经常卡塞铰刀齿处,导致碎渣机跳闸等故障频繁发生。严重影响了正常的生产。
改进后的碎渣机是综合研究了目前国内多种先进的碎渣机,在分析了除渣系统的实际过程的基础上而设计出来的。而从世界范围来看,PLC是用的最多、应用范围最广的自动化产品,也可以说是最实用的自动化产品。本设计是PLC在电机控制方面的一个应用,因为用PLC来实现自动有很多优点,可使系统的硬件设备大为简化,体积减小,而且PLC的抗干扰能力强,可靠性高,操作维护简单。所以本次设计选用西门子S7-200PLC为主要控制器件,通过外加一个模拟量扩展模块从而提高了机器对故障的报警和处理能力。
改进后的碎渣机可以单机使用,也可以集成在锅炉除渣系统中,配合自动捞渣机,这样将大大提高锅炉除渣的自动化程度,而提高生产能力。
