摘 要
现场总线是80年代末,90年代初在国际上发展形成的现场智能设备互连网络,也是一种全开放式的数字串行通信网络,它已成为工业数据总线中最为活跃的一个领域。作为现场总线的一种,局域网控制器CAN(Controller Area Network)通信速率高,可靠性、实时性和灵活性好,连接方便,其应用正向越来越多不同的行业发展。
随着电子技术的高速发展和广泛应用,实现汽车电子化、智能化和网络化是现代汽车发展的必然趋势。本文根据所在单位新型卡车的研发,研究并构建了CAN/LIN总线的卡车电气系统网络。在简要介绍了电气系统网络的组成与功能之后,分析了CAN/LIN总线的特点,并根据卡车的实际需求制定了相应的应用协议,最后给出了网络系统软硬件设计的具体方案。实际应用和测试结果表明,本系统具有良好的可靠性和稳定性。

Abstract
Field Bus is the network of field intelligent device appeared in the 80''''s-90''''s in the world, and also a kind of open and digital serial communication network, which has become one of the most active industrial data buses. As a kind of the Field Bus, CAN(Controller Area Network)Field Bus has high communication speed, good reliability, real-timing and flexibility, and can be easy to interconnect, whose using is expanding to more and more different areas.
With the rapid development of electronic technology and extensive application, and automotive electronics, intelligence and network of Hyundai Motor is the inevitable trend of development. According to a new truck unit of R & D, research and construction of the CAN / LIN bus truck electrical system network. After briefly introducing the electrical system components and functions of the network, the analysis of the CAN / LIN bus characteristics, and in accordance with the actual demand for trucks developed a corresponding application protocol, Finally, the network system software and hardware design specific programmes. Practical applications and test results indicate that this system has good reliability and stability.
