摘 要: 在当今社会,随着人口的不断增长和城市规模的不断扩大,人们对水、电、煤气的需求量正在迅速增长,随之所带来的三表统计收费的工作量大大增加,可是目前我国普遍采用水表、电表、煤气三表人工入户抄表收费方式,这样就给用户及抄表人员都带来很多麻烦。
采用自动抄表系统来取代人工入户抄表,即可提高抄表的准确性和及时性,达到降低劳动强度,减员增效的目的,又可以方便的实现三表数据的统计分析,给城市的供水、供电、供煤气等基础设施建设提供科学合理的依据。三表远程自动化抄表集成系统能自动实现水、电、煤气三表的自动化管理,彻底改变了传统的入户验表收费方式,自动完成“三表”数据的采集、累计统计和费用计算及收取,全面解决了抄表难的社会化问题,提高了工作效率,具有管理科学、效率高、误差小等诸多优点,并增加了用户计费的透明度,避免了人力资源的浪费,全面提高了现代物业管理的规范化、科学化,为物业管理的现代化提出了一种切实可行的方案。
本次设计采用现场总线Lonworks技术,以智能化多处理芯片——Neuron芯片为核心设计的三表监控系统,抄表计量准确,数据传输可靠,查询、统计、收费功能完备,安装调试方便,对分散目标的集中管理和控制都十分有效。

Remote Automatically metering system Based on Lonworks
Abstract: Nowadays, with the growing population and the expanding of the cities the consuming of water, electricity and gas is increased rapidly. It is more complicated and difficult for metering. This is because of the widely used of water, electricity and gas.
With the automatically metering technology, we can save man power and achieve the goal of less labor and more efficiency. The automatically metering is not only accurate and prompt, but also less intensive than the manual ones. Even more, it is convenient for datum statistics and analysis. It is a scientific and reasonable basis for constructing the fundamental installations which provide the water, electricity, and gas in the cities. The remote automatically metering integrated system can make metering work for water, electricity and gas automatically. This changes the traditional way of collecting fees overall. It completes the process of collecting and accumulating datum, calculating and collecting fees automatically. It solves the social problem of metering thoroughly and makes the work be more efficiently. There are many advantages of it, such as scientifically administration, high efficient, little errors etc. It gives more transparent messages to consumers, avoids the extravagant resources and labor expenses, enhances the level of material administration. It is a standard and scientific way of the material administration and a practicable way of the modern material administration.
This paper deals with the intelligent multi-chip-----the electric control system which designed by Neuron chip and MCS---51with the Lonworks Technology. This kind of metering is accurate and reliable in datum conveyance. Its function of collecting fees is perfect. It is convenience for installation and experimentation and very efficient for administrating and controlling the dispersive consumers.
