摘要
搅拌系统的核心是电机调速,现代的电机调速均以微电子器件作为控制器以电力电子功率变换装置为执行机构,在自控理论的指导下完成电气传动,控制电动机的转速,将电能转换成机械能,实现工作机械的旋转运动或反复运动。
变频调速具有高效率、宽范围和高精度等特点,是运用最广、最有发展前途的调速方式。交流电机变频调速系统的种类很多,从50年代提出的电压源型变频器开始,相继发展了电流源型、脉宽调制型等各种变频器。目前变频调速的主要方案有:交-交变频调速,交-直-交变频调速,同步电动机自控式变频调速系统,正弦波脉宽调制(SPWM ),矢量控制、直接转矩控制变频调速等,本课题就是采用交-直-交变频调速
控制变频器的方法现在呈多样化的趋势,其中PLC控制近几年发展迅速。PC机可以很好的实现操作员对系统的控制,是人机结合的部分。通过PC与PLC之间的通信,可以达到随时监控系统的目的,从而对系统出现的故障进行及时的排除,是理想的工业控制系统。

Abstract:

Inverter control method now is the diversification trend, with PLC control the rapid development in recent years. PC machine can achieve a good operator of the system of control is part of the human-computer integration.
