摘 要
可编程序控制器简称PLC,是以微处理器为基础,综合了计算机技术、自动控制技术和通讯技术而发展起来的一种新型、通用的自动控制装置。本文介绍了基于PLC的教学挖土机的控制研究,文中根据教学挖土机的控制系统的控制要求,利用PLC的强大功能特性,实现了利用PLC控制系统对教学挖土机进行控制。文中还对PLC从控制原理、实现方式等方面以及整个控制系统设计的过程进行了详细的阐述。经过实践,结果表明,该系统设计方案合理,可靠性高,达到预期目标,实现效果好。本文从硬件和软件两个方面进行了具体的设计研究。

The Control Researsh of PLC-based’s Teaching Excavator
Abstract
Programmable Logic Controller ,also called PLC, is a microprocessor-based, integrated computer technology, automatic control technology and communications technology to develop a new, common control device. This paper presents the control research of PLC-based’s teaching excavator.In accordance with the requirements of the teaching excavator control system, the use of the power features of the PLC to achieve the use of PLC’s control system for the teaching excavator control. This article also from the PLC control principles, methods, as well as the realization of the control system design process for detail. Through practice, the results show that the system design reasonable, high reliability, to achieve the desired goal and achieving good results. In this paper, two aspects of hardware and software for a specific design.
