摘 要:随着变频调速技术的应用日益广泛,应用水平的不断提高,对变频调速控制系统的精度要求也同样的越来越高。文中首先对变频调速系统的工作原理做了简单的介绍,从理论上分析了变频调速系统的机械特性。其次本文介绍了一种用可编程序控制器实现异步电机变频调速的理论基础和实现方法。可编程序控制器实质上是一种工业控制专业计算机, 它所采用的梯形图作为编程语言简单易学。同时,可编程序控制器又是以微处理器为核心的工业控制装置,它所具有应用灵活,抗干扰性强、操作方便和维护简单等的特点,使得整个控制系统的可靠性得到大大提高。

Abstract:With the increasing application of VVVF technology and constantly improving applied level, the accuracy requirement of VVVF control system is getting higher and higher. First, this paper presents a brief introduce to the VVVF system’s principle of work, theoretically analyzed the VVVF system''s mechanical characteristics. Then the thesis deals with a rationale and realizable method of coming true the induction motor’s VVVF by PLC. Virtually, the PLC is a specialized computer of industrial control, it adopts the trapezoidal chart as the programming language and easily to learn. Furthermore, PLC also is an industrial control installment of taking the microprocessor as the core. It applies flexibly, operates easily, maintains simply, and the anti-jamming is strong, all these characteristic causes entire control system is enhanced greatly.
